stayed in this property for 4 nights and loved our choice. everything was great, clean hotel, amazing location to multiple train lines. location: the venue was right by the train station and significant tourist places. in toriei you could have halal meals. rooms with good amenities had a family atmosphere. extra touches like a seating area, an ironing set, and a work desk were a treat, staff were extremely friendly. the service was impeccable, that made the hotel beautifully designed and modern place.

The suite was surprisingly spacious. We had a lovely time in the sauna, and the whole tenth floor felt like our private space, which was great for bonding. With Ueno park just a short stroll away, we enjoyed some peaceful walks and grabbed delicious street food nearby. The cleanliness of the suite was impressive, and having a kitchenette allowed us some flexibility with meals during our stay.

The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals together as a family.
I was disappointed with the room size. It felt cramped for a long visit. The bathroom sink drain was slow, causing water to pool after handwashing and leaving a residue, quite off-putting. Any extra cleaning required a fee, which I didn't expect during my six-night stay.

We found ourselves facing a wall from our room, which left us craving some natural light. The air conditioning had a mind of its own, turning off unexpectedly and leaving the room a bit humid at times. There was an unpleasant smell of yakiniku wafting in from the aircon, and any additional cleaning service came with a fee.

The location blew me away! So close to several train stations like Okachimachi. The nearby cafes and convenience stores added to the convenience. The apartment-style room felt spacious, especially for a family. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was such a time-saver. Our stay did have a couple of hiccups, like the microwave being unplugged when we arrived, which took some troubleshooting to fix. The lamp had a cover that fell off. A luggage pickup service would have made things easier, even if it wasn't a deal-breaker. Section L Ueno offered a fantastic experience with room sizes rare for Tokyo hotels.

The Suite with Sauna was super spacious. We loved the comfy beds and the open layout felt really homey. And a washer/dryer was a game changer! But the air conditioning was a bit temperamental and turned off randomly, which wasn't ideal. The view was nice, though!
